Penallta RFC Welfare Group

There are times in everyone’s life when Stress, Anxiety and Depression can have a negative effect on a person’s Physical and Mental wellbeing. Any person can be affected from Young Children to the more elderly of our society, the causes being wide ranging and personal.

Very often people feel distant and alone and are often reluctant to share their feelings or seek help from others. They suffer in Silence and get stuck in an ever downward spiral that if not addressed can lead to more serious issues.

Events like the current Covid 19 issue, with its self-isolation, and social distancing can often heighten these feelings and can profoundly affect every ones Mental Health.

At Penallta RFC we are keen to assure all of our Rugby Family that you are not alone, no matter what you feel, what your problems maybe, there are people here who can and will help you. Whether you are a Player, Coach, Support Staff, Committee Member, Employee, Social Member or Supporter, Young or Old, together we are strong, and together we can help.
